Is there anywhere that has a diagram of how to remove the dash to get to the speedometer? I had a new tv cable putin, the mileage turns but the speedo doesn't work.

There are a couple of diagrams here http://www.hioutput.com/tech/speedo.html that show removing the cluster.
The speedo is electric, so there will be no cable to remove from the back of the head.
