unstable idle

unstable idle
engine rpm fluctuates from 700 to 1500 and will sometimes die.
I have replaced the IAC TPS distributer complete with all sensors.
I have also tried to replace the brain and spark control module and it has not made a difference. You can feel the idle surging even going down the road. The only engine codes that have come up I have listed in a previous thread. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Transmission: t-5, t-5
Axle/Gears: open 3.42, posi 3.42
maf sensor or a leak after it.
check the ducts, and tap the sensor when idling, if it stumbles or stalls its shot.
