Want to disconnect Power Antenna in up position, which wires to cut?
So my power antenna is giving me problems ... it won't retract down properly. Up is usually a struggle too.
If I pull out the radio, which wire do I cut to keep it in the up position?
I tried the pink, but it retracts anyways.
Help ... !

power wire
Instead of cutting a wire behind the radio see if you can find the power wire right at the antenna itself and unplug it.

Thx.
Well I found the solution.
Remove the panel above the passenger foot well and disconnect the 3 wire harness that goes from the radio to the antenna.
You need to look for it as it's kinda hidden beneath the dash.
This harness plugs in at the rightmost side going towards the antenna underneath. Just have to remember to have the antenna up and radion ON as you do this.
Went to a stereo shop and had it done in 2 minutes flat.
