Remote Dimmer - 86 Trans Am

Does anyone know what the radio shack equivalent transistor part number would be for this. I took out my remote dimmer for my dashboard lights, but not sure what transistor to replace it with. The transistor has 1986902 - 1MEX 5K22 written on it. Also Delco-Remy 263 on the other side.

The AC Delco part number for that is D1509B and it can be found at these two websites.

Thanks for the threads but found out on another website there is a reason for the dashboard lights going out. For those that are reading this if you want to save yourself 30$ to 40$ on the whole part just take out the remote dimmer and unscrew the transistor. You will notice white corrosion on the two thin pins that come out of the transistor. This is like a white paste, just use a tootbrush or paper towel to wipe the pins and the bottom area clean. Also wipe some of area clean around the holes that the two pins go through on the metal plate. Put back in and screw together. I tried this and my dashlights came back on again. Saved myself $48 dollars.
