Where are the fusible links?

I go to turn my car on, radio lights up, dome lights are good, I crank the car and everything cuts out. No power to anything at all. I assume its a link since battery is still at 12V. Any ideas? Its an 89 2.8L firebird.

The one you want if the problem is a fusible link would be one of the two fusible links that are joined with the single terminal lug down at the starter solenoid. This schematic is from a 89 camaro service manual but should suffice for you.
