Odd headlight problem.

I could not find any other posters that mentioned this issue when I did a search.

I just replaced the headlamps on my '89 GTA. About two months ago I replaced the foglams too. Both were replaced with "cool blue" sylvania's. After installing the new headlamps, my fog lamps cut out when the high beams are clicked on (they go back on when the high beams are clicked off). I do not remember this being the case before. Is this normal and did I just not notice it before (I've only had the car for 7 months) or is there something I overlooked in the purchase of the new lights? Thanks for any input.

It is stock on Camaro's that the fog lights turn off when the high beams are on. I am assuming the same case with Firebirds.

You are correct lonsal my 87 GTA's foglights turn off when the high beams are on and turn on when the low beams are on.
