how important is the ground wire that attaches to the back of the passenger side cylinder head? I just realized mines not connected when i was hunting down a problem with frying my alternator wire. I've had the car for awhile and just noticed. Must have been disconnected before i bought the car b/c i've never been back there before now....

 

If it was there from the factory, it's probably important to some extent.
