I have a 87 gta rolling body I have a 350 and a 700r4 trans the question that i have is with the trans I know that it has the lock up converter but what will i need to do to make it work I have no idea what year the trans is it came out of a 85 t/a with a cable drive speedo will I need to do anything with the tv cable need help! I know that I need a return style regulator the car was fuel injected. also where can i get a better tork arm mount somthing better than stock any help would be great

 

Alot of questions can be answered by reading the ENGINE SWAP section. They have a sticky for FAQ that will help you out. For the tranny lock up check out the Tech section at the hompage, its got a right up for it. For a torque arm mount check out Spaun, or read over and search the suspention boards. Im guessing the combo is not running yet? or is it? If not, find out what carb your using, then search for pictures or hook up diagrams, must make sure your finding the correct linkage for a 700R4, more specific information spread out over the forum will get you better results with the answers.
