charging system

I AM HAVRNG A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR IT WON'T CHARGE I HAVE A NEW ALT A NEW BATT I PUT A NEW NEG BATT CABLE ON IT THE GROUND STRAP IS CONNECTED ANY IDEAS WHY IT WON'T CHARGE

Well yes, I have three good reasons that it might not be charging.

1. bad C/H-FAN fuse in fuse block.
2. bad Choke Heater relay in convenience panel.
3. bad diode in wire between alternator and instrument panel or Choke Heater relay.

And please turn off the CAPS-LOCK key in future posts on the board, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!!!!!!
