what going on?
ok i got 1 less than a week to have my car on the road(graduation). yesterday it started to cause some trouble. it would not crank over. so i checked the battery and sure enough it was flat, so i chargerd it up.i put it back in and still the car won't crank over, and the power hatch won't open. then i get the battery out of my mothers car, and put that it. still wouldn't crank so i figured maybe that battery wouldn't crank a v8 anyway, so i take the one out of dads truck, same deal again, won't crank, and the hatch won't go up. so i figured it wasn't a batt problem and put its own battery back in, its somehow gone completely flat now (today), no lights on no stereo or anything like that to run it down, just went flat.
with a full charged battery in it, i turn the key ahead, i can hear the fuel pump turn on as per normal, but when i turn it all the way ahead to start it, there is nothing, not even a click. and the hatch won't pop up.
is there some kinda fuse for the starting motor or ignition? where is it to?

Have you checked the Park/Neutral switch in the shifter assembly. If it is not fully in the park or neutral position it will not start and your hatch will not open.

I would have to agree with THE TRICKSTER... Sound like it could me that. Makes alot of sence once you think about that.
