Need ID on relay near steering column
The car is a 91 Camaro RS, 305 TBI / automatic.
This relay is hidden behind the knee pad/hush panel on the driver's side. There is a relay very close to is the is for the foglights. This relay is exactly the same, but I do not know what it is for. Currently, there are no wires connected to it. It is a Bosch brand relay. Could it be left over from a previous alarm system the car once had? The picture below might help. Thanks!!

There is another relay, actually two that should be there. One is for the starter enable relay and the other is for the power door locks if you have them.
