starter/distrib wiring

I'm putting my starter on a push button switch to start the car (all of the original wiring was removed from the car during swap), the new starter has the solenoid on the starter, do i need to use a relay with the push button switch? If so, what do you recommend?

Are there any wiring diagrams for the starter? I didnt get anythig with the starter to tell me which wires go where. I have an 'S' terminal and an 'R' terminal along with two other posts, one is a huge one and the other is a skinny one on the starter body (i assume that is ground).

I bought an accel aftermarket distrib (HEI), the coil is in the cap of the ditrib. But i didnt get a pig tail for the cap that allows me to provide power. I tried looking on accel's site (mr gasket) but didnt see anything. Any ideas where to get on?

what do you recommend as far as grounding the motor/accessories under the hood. I've read that you should ground the frame, body, engine and tranny.

thanks.
