IAT/MAT wires?
What color are they (the IAT or MAT wires, depending on who you ask
), on a '88 2.8 Camaro, and where do they come out of the harness?

Pin "B" is a tan wire coming straight from the ECM and Pin "A" is a black wire that comes from the ECM with two wires splicing off, one goes to the TPS and other one goes to the Coolant Temp sensor.
Also on your car it is called a Manifold Air (MAT) Temp Sensor.

Ah, thanks... Now, where do those come out of the harness? Are they run along side the radiator, or where?
