Hello.

I have a question concerning my 83 Trans Am. I currently have a busted 85mph speedo in my dash. I would like to see about replacing the entire instrument panel with one I have seen up for auction from an 89 Formula.

I know that I will need to add a sending unit to the speedo because I have a mechanical speedo and the newer ones are electronic. But may biggest concern is the other gauges. I noticed that the gauges are in different locations from the ones in my current cluster. Will my old "plugs" for lack of a better term match up with the newer ones in the 89's cluster or would I need to upgrade them. And will the location make any difference as well.
