My wipers are way screwed up. 89 TTA and the wipers dont work at all in low settings, On high it works but only the first inch of the window is rapidly washed. Doesnt even raise up out of the park position. I have no clue how to diagnoss it. I have a service manuel but it just seems to confuse me even more. Anyone have similar problems and or know where i should start?
