can someone trace this GM part number25110869.
25110869. what is this box inside the dash on my 91z28? I removed my ECM and I noticed this box is in there, do I still need it if I am running a FAST ECM now and no VATS? What does it this box do?

Sounds like the cruise control module. Is it a large black box about the size of the ECM, that bolts in with two 7mm screws right behind where the ECM goes? If so, that's it.
