LED Bulbs???

It's the latest thing now to have LED bulbs, because they are brighter, and they never burn out.

I got a few bulbs for my car... for my city lights (can be seen in sig), side markers, and blinker/parking lamps.

The 194 bulbs for the city lights and side markers are great, but I had a problem with the blinker/parking lamp LED bulbs I purchased.

When the LED bulbs are installed, and I turn on my parking lights, the blinker indicator in the dash is lit dim. When I turn the blinker on, the flasher wont flash the blinkers because they do not draw enough current.

I was wondering if anyone has tried to use these bulbs and got them to work by adding a resistor to the line, replacing the stock flasher, or if there is a bulb that is a direct plug in that will draw enough current to make my flasher flash the blinkers.

Thanks for any help in advance,

-Jim

autozone sold a replacement flasher for trailers(at least they did a year ago....before I got shipped to korea...)It's solid state, it dosen't have a bi-meatle strip, like a normal one, and should solve your problem.
