Need some quick help, please.

Not exactly third gen related but kind of sort of.

Purchased a 99 trans am for ls1 swap, selling off the headlights since i dont need them. The guy that wants to buy them asked if i could send the assembly with the plugs, and then the plugs on the other side with some length of wire. Will this matter at all to me when hooking up my 86 camaro headlights, or should i tell him he cant have some wiring on the other side of the plugs.

Sorry i am terrible with wiring.

Thanks in advance

No you wont need the headlights wires from the 99TA for your LS1 swap. You already have wiring for your 86-headlights.

You are better off taking out the wires you dont need after you finish the engine swap and have your car up and running. There will be a lot of wires and stuff you dont need.
