Speedo
Ok I got a couple questions... I am PRETTY sure I have a mechanical speedo... but wasn't looking last time I took the instrument panel out... If it is, the ecu wont be able to limit my speed... right?
and is it bad to peg one of the 90 mph speedos? cuz everytime I get my car up that fast I wonder if It'd be bad to keep going once the needle hits the trip reset button....

An 87 Camaro will have a mechanical speedo. I'm unsure of whether damage will be done or not. Perhaps you should consider a 110 or 140 mph speedo head. I have a nice 110 with repaired trip. If you're interested, PM me.
