So I am driving in the rain with wipers on and then I park and turn off car with wipers still on, no big deal. Then when I get in and turn the car on the wipers are stuck in the middle of the windsheild and will not even budge, there is no noise like they want to move. The **** on the steering column is broken so you can't turn on the bright lights but this should not affect the wiper controll, should it?

I need help this is dangerous in the rain!

 

check the fuses, it should be a 25, but if that doesnt help, get rain x. That stuff works wonders and is what i use since my wipers dont work either.

 

The first thing I tried was the fuse but it was fine. It might be the wiper motor, I am going to test that. But thanks.
