Need help with blower motor wiring

Today I bought a new blower motor and installed it. After turning on my car I flip the switch to the vent and nothing happened. I went out and bought a new relay (the square thing by the blower motor) and still nothing. When I took the relay off and ran a wire from one connection to the other it worked but would not shut off. It's not the control panel in the front either.

Where else can the power be getting lost?

Another possibility is the resistor array:

Is that the thing with 3 different coils of wire? If it is then I already checked it.

Yes, that is the resistor. Is there power at the resistor? Is there power after the resistor?

I used a meter to see if power ran through the resistors and it did. I also checked the control panal.
