This is the main part of it, I'll leave it big so it's easy to read.
Might try touching the small wires to the key pellet and try to start it?

Thanks for help 1992 RS - here is what's going on

Hi - Im Mike's (PL Me OvR) wife Michele we are the folks who started this thread after a thief tried to steal our car, firstly, thank you for above diagram!

Mike's reason for wanting the above diagram was to splice back or just bypass VATS, unfortunately did not work.

Here is the story of what is going on, maybe someone can help, Im a novice so hope Im explaining things correctly. The car had a problem with the ignition years ago so Mike had bypassed the steering column, years ago. When the thief got into the car he yanked all the wires from under dash to floor then put any wire together he could, in effort to hotwire (we think since the ignition was bypassed years ago the thief could not find the right wire (thank goodness) but what they did do is short out the whole system, the car was completely dead.

Then Mike got a new ECM and now everything fires but the pistons wont shoot properly so the car cant idle or run unless we are constantly giving it gas. Mike is been at this for days, its our only car, he is a 22 year mechanic of small engines and he rebuilt the camaro we have so he knows his stuff - but this has him stumped. We have spent alot of money already a mechanics but could not get car to run. We don't want to get a whole new wire harness if we don't need to, just bought a house and are far out in new construction area don't have much money when you first move.... Any ideas on why we cant seem to bypass VATS? We see 2 white wires that we cant seem to find the connection to - if anyone has any advice were all ears...

Thanks!

Also wanted to add that we get code 53 when we do a code check.

Also our car had viper alarm but we had removed that years ago, just wanted to mention...

Thanks for any advice!
