3 Wire woes!!Help plz

Woe 1 is there are 2 wires of the same color(dark brown) hanging out from under the dash next to the steering column.I think i found the connector they went to.The connector is wierd though. It only has spots for the 2 wires(same side) and there is nothing on the other side for the wires to run to.Actually the other side looks like it was made to snap into a round hole.It has 2 snaps/clips and between them is is just a long plastic peg that is longer than the snaps.I'll hunt it back up and take a pick if you need tomorrow. Are these 2 wires supposed to be hooked together or just run to nothing??I looked at a 91z 305 tpi auto and 2 92 RS's one auto and one stick and both V-6's and i cant find this connector on either.Mine is a 91 RS 305 tbi stick.Ideas??

Woe 2 is i have no power to the trunk release, cig lighter, headlights, windshield wipers, park lights,or power doorl ocks, but have power to everything else. Are all these hooked to the same always hot wire from the battery/distribution block??How can i identify this wire??Hard to trace a wire through a wraped harness.Anyway to identify it on the fuse block or does it even hook to the fuse block??No fuses blown either.Ideas??

Woe 3 is really just a wierd question. This cars harness is wired for things that didnt come in the car.I found wires for the torque converter lockup and foglights. These are wrapped in the origional harness and the car is still origional with the T5.Did all cars of 91 and 2 come basicly wired for everything??Thanks

woe #1 not sure about at the moment.

woe #2 check the "ACC" fuse, this supplies power to the items mentioned.

Woe #3 this is normal to find those extra wires you mentioned. GM did this so they wouldn't have to make seperate harnesses for each type of transmission(auto or manual) It also made it easier for dealers to add their options as needed.
