power window switch runnin my fan?!? lookin for help

i went to start my car and the batt had been gettin week so i threw a 15 amp charger on it for like 30 mins and then it satred right up. it has been running for a year and a half since the new motor. buut today i started pulled it back like 4 feet then shut it off, pulled the door seals off the drivers door to replace them then i went to pull it back up in my drivewaty but it had nothing.no click or anyhting. so i got a brand new batt and put it in....still nothing. checked the crank fuses and they are good. replaced the switch down on the steering cloum...sstill nothing. so i just decided to give up fot the day so i went to rool the windows up and witht e key in any position, the powere window switches kick on the drivers side of the 2 fan under the hood. i havent done any fan mods to it so it is all factory wiring. so i cant figure out what the hell is keeping the ignition from running, fuel pump not pressurizing, and making the powere window switches run the fan. please help my car wont move!!

well i know this is of no help to you, but sounds like the gremlin i have - key on, hit the lights (any lights) and the fuel pump cycles. another guy had this similar problem, but his problem just went away. mine is now intermittent, but does it more often than not. i don't remember which fan is controlled by the ecm, but one of them is, so could be the one. doesn't mean i'd replace it, tho. the 2-second fuel pump cycle is controlled by the ecm, too - i replaced it, and the issue still exists...

you have a cross short. you need to visibly look at both circuits the entire length and see where two wires could have rubbed through each other and touched.
