Component testing

How would I test the clutch neutral safety switch?
This morning I fired up the car, moved it so it wouldn't get towed, then later when I went to try and start it again, there was no response. No clicking, no cranking, just the noise of the fuel pump and the radio. All the lights and other accesories worked, but I had the battery tested anyways, and it came back good, and I replaced the starter as well. In vain. All the fuses are in good condition, I even checked the ones that don't seem to have anything to do with the ignition system.
It seems to be the clutch safety switch, but how do I get at it, and then how do I test it to see if it is indeed the problem? Any other Ideas as to why I can't get my car to start? I'm not too profiecient in these electrical issues. And I kindof need to get my car running before I go to work tomorrow afternoon.

I apreciate it. Alot.

Your clutch safety switch has a yellow and purple wire going to it. It is right by the pedals and it goes to the clutch.
