so i finally got around to fixing the regulator in the car

So i put the new regulator into the car and mounted it all up...was looking great. Then i hit the "down button", and it started to go down...got about an inch and 1/2 down and stopped. It doesnt look like anything is stopping it from going down either. The windo is nice a flush when its all the way up too. Anybody have any suggestions?

This is probably what you don't want to hear. http://www.p71interceptor.com/thirdgen/powerwindows
Power Window Retrofit

"Do not confuse the drivers side and passengers side regulators, they look very similar but each is unique. During the swap, I somehow managed to confuse the two and had symptoms of the window only having a travel range from the fully rolled up position to a few inches below the fully rolled up position. Window would not even come close to being fully open."

Is that your original regulator or did you get a replacement? I ask because they may have given you the wrong side.
