My horn wont work. There is button setup in by your knee under the dash that makes the horn work but it just wont work when pushing down the horn button. I have an 89 if you can picture that horn. Large box type in the center. Where should i start with this?

It sounds like the horn switch in your steering wheel has failed and at some point someone rewired a secondary switch to control the horn. I would start by finding the wires that were cut to make room for the new switch. From there you can check the resistance to find out if the horn button in the wheel is bad and needs to be replaced or whether you can just wire it back up corectly.
