double the injectors.

What effect would running two injectors off of a single feed from the computer have? Would they fire only half as long? Is their a feesable way to use two tbi setups and only use one as the sender for the computer? Am I just nuckin futs?

One injector driver can be used to operate multiple injectors. It happens all the time on TPI and MPFI engines. However, the TBI injectors use more current to operate than MPFI injectors, so the total current of two complete TBI 220 units (four MAXI injectors) can exceed the current limits of the ECM's internal injector drivers.

You can purchase or build a separate injector driver to operate as many injectors as you like.

The injector firing time will remain the same, regardless of how many injectors might be connected. That can only be changed by programming. Sizing the injectors correctly can help get the total fuel flow correct for your application.

There is presently a discussion underway in the DIY/PROM Forum regarding a similar project.
