Hatch switch

Hatch switch

Is there a way I can hot wire that switch?just to get the hatch
just bought the car can't find the key.

Yes, take 12V+ from the battery and connect it to the release solenoid wire (assuming it has electronic release).

just lift the ebrake lever up. unless the switch has been re-wired it should work with the car off. (which i always thought was dumb and re-wired to only work with the car on)
