alarm system install&power door locks.
Hi all,I'm installing a alarm system in my 85 Z28,and i'm not sure where to run the lock&unlock wires from the alarm unit to.From the door lock wiring diagram,it looks like one wire goes to each door lock switch,is this correct or do they have to go to the door lock relays.Any help welcome,i did a search&found info,but not what i need.Thanks.

i might be wrong on this, but i'm pretty sure they run to relays that are located in the driver side kicker panel. (but that might be for the power windows....?)

Serpintine is right there are relays in the driver side kick panel for the door locks they are metal and that is how they are grounded so dont leave them loose. That is how I hooked my keyless entry up. I forget what color the wires are I tapped into. Hope this helps If you cant find it I will try to post pics for you.
