alright ive got a annoying little problem.
ive got a 89 formula (305 tbi) with the headlight/engine harness from a 88 formy (350 tpi)....now for a year (give or take a month) the headlights have worked fine (i replaced the harness cause mine was trashed)

now for the problem, the passengers side headlight, can go UP but it refuses to lower on its own, sometimes if its in a really bad mood it nukes the tail light fuse..
if anyone has the wiring harness diagram or some tips id love to hear them, ive only got a test light for diagnosis right now, im at my fiances place for the weekend, but come monday ill have a DVOM (im in school for automechanics)...
i think the problems wiring, but i wont rule out the motor till i can ohm it, it seems ok since it goes up just fine

 

I had a firebird once that had the same problem it was a control module that was on the firewall that had to be replaced. Just a suggestion.
