Electronics Need help wiring something up? Thinking of adding an electrical component to your car? Need help troubleshooting that wiring glitch?

Whats the consequences of this wiring problem exactly?

Car: 1986 Camaro Z28
Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: Who orders an auto in a Camaro??
Axle/Gears: Economy gears..once again, WHY?!?
Whats the consequences of this wiring problem exactly?

Main orange power wire near oil pressure switch connector being frayed through and half broken, and both sets of ground wires on both cylinder heads being finger tight. How would you expect the car to run?

Transmission: TH400 with brake, 8" PTC converter
Axle/Gears: moser 9" 4.11
mis firing probably for having bad grounds

funny you say that cause the car was intermittently running bad
i could never pin point it. I sent the wiring harness off to tpi parts.net to be reconditioned, and transferred over to the oval style relays while they were at it. Hopefully this will clear up my problems.
