Cluster F**K literally

i have a 91 z28 convertible and the guage cluster is doing some funny things

1) speedo, ODO, and trip are completely INOP i changed VSS and nothing was corrected
2) oil pressure stayes pegged high until i get on the throttle then it drops down to about 55-60psi
3) tach is like 5500 at idle and pins if i touch throttle

im suspectiing at this point a faulty cluster board but maybe someone here can shed some light on this

also voltmeter coolant temp and fuel guage seem ok only problem is the fuel guage moves too quickly but im sure it has to do with my lead foot

---My ODO/Trip are just busted. But your spedometer should be electronic comming from your Tranny. Probably the sensor.

2) oil pressure stayes pegged high until i get on the throttle then it drops down to about 55-60psi

--- I'd look up what ohms you should be getting for this sensor and try it out. I'm guessing the sensor.

3) tach is like 5500 at idle and pins if i touch throttle

--- This is quite commen. Do a search, or look down a bit in this board, i JUST saw an article that says how to fix this. But probably easier to replace with a junk yard pull. (this is an dash cluster issue)
