Found car buzzing this morning, battery is dead. How?

A couple nights ago while trying to test fuel pressure I left the key in the ignition in the on position all night. I came out and the car was buzzing, but there was still power. Removed the key and the buzzing stopped. It just wouldn't start.

Well, flash-forward this morning I find the car buzzing again, but the battery is dead and there was no key in the ignition. However, when I put the key into the ignition and turned it to 'on', the buzzing stopped.

Why and what is this? The buzzing is coming from around the electric fan area. But that's weird that there is buzzing with no power, but when turned to the on position, the buzzing ceases.

Any ideas?

I don't think so. Fuel pressure holds and I think the FP is in the rear of the car, not by the front bumper.

Okay, car starts up after I charged the battery. But the buzzing was coming from the passenger side headlight grey connectors. I Unhooked it and then immediately the driver side headlight connector started buzzing. The weird part is that it was doing this w/o any power from a dead battery.

Problem solved, but it's still weird.
