changing lock cylinder w/airbag steering wheel
i need some advice with changing out the lock cylinder on my 91 rs. half of the key is broken in the ignition (previous owner) and now i lost the other half of the key (that had the resistor on it). also, is there a way to bypass VATS even though i lost my key? any help would be appreciated. thank you in advance.
