Just some wires hangging around, need help

Hi

Just having some minor issues that I would like to get all cleared up.
I just removed my cruise control and want to know what to do about the 4 hoses that get left open and hanging around after I take it out.
should I just plug all them up or are som
e of them left better open.
The first picture is of them.

Next picture questions.
Is the AC plug in the air filter for the a/c?
I removed my a/c so remove it?
Going to and open element filter.

What is this plug for ?

Also I was looking and found forums saying
the horn wire from the steering wheel is yellow, orange or 1 of the 3 black wires. Can anyone tell me for sure witch it is?

One more thing... headlights.
my low beams work fine and all
but when I try to turn my highbeams on they all go out.
the switch clicks an all but could it still be the
trigger in the column not touching or
is it a wiring problem. Also sometimes I have to
go and tap on my passengers side light to get it to come
on. I have cleaned the plug a couple time and it looks fine.
All my headlight bulbs are brand new.

That's it for now for all your future help, JR

that AC unit inside the air cleaner has nothing to do with the AirConditioner

regarding the cruise control:

plug the small hose, not the big one. the large one goes to a switch on your brake pedal. you can remove it completly, leave it open, or plug it. it makes no difference.

if you have NON vaccume controlled HVAC you can also pull the "orb of power" and all the vaccume crap from the plennum associated with it. if you do have vaccume controlled HVAC you cannot remove the orb of power and stuff. just plug the small line.

the sensor in the air box looks like an air temp sensor and you will need to transfer it to the new case that you use to make it run right. (tells the pcm air temp to control the amount of fuel)
