Engine: 305 5.0 tpi
Transmission: auto 700r4
Need help with air cleaner
Hey guys a buddy gave me a 92 RS. It has the 305 TBI in it and he replaced the air cleaner with an aftermarket one. What is the sensor that goes in the air cleaner called? He never replaced it, just unhooked it and left the harness hanging. I will have to replace the connector and the sensor but I can't get a for sure answer on what that sensor is called. Any help is appreciated, I know nothing about TBI

You're looking for the air charge temperature sensor.

the IAT sensor, FYI the one used for the LT1 engines works well and is smaller than the O.E. one.
