New harness
Anybody know where I can get a new complete GM wiring harness for an 87 camaro? The wiring is completely shot. Pulling the 2.8 for a carb'd 350 so I'm doing away with the ECM. I don't want to make my own harness, but It's looking that way. Any idea where I might find one? Thanks guys.

The ENTIRE harness. lol. When we stripped the camaro we found out that all the wiring from the engine bay all the way back to the tail lights had been butchered and/or fried. It's a mess. There's hardly anything that is worth keeping or reapairing in the entire harness.

Yeah. I figured it might come down to a junkyard. I just didn't want to go through the hassle of removing it from the donor, and possiply running into similar imperfections that lead me there in the first place...oh well...I knew from the begining that harness was gonna be a big project in itself. Thanks

That's a good way of looking at it I guess. My mom went to school with the owner of a local junk yard, He lets me scavage throught the yard all the time for stuff. He tries to protect some of the better 3rd gen camaro and firebird parts for me. This is the first time I've needed such a piece from him. I think he's still got an 84 TA that hasn't been hacked apart yet...I'm pretty sure just the headlight assemblies and motor have been pulled...I'll see what I can do. Thanks
