My friends situation,

I am a female teacher working at an inner city school. On the last day of school, I went out to the parking lot and discovered my car had been stolen. The police have recovered it, however, it is going to cost $700 to replace the steering column! I have a '91 Bonneville...does anyone have a complete steering column? Sorry it's not a third gen, but I'm desperate!!! We were moving in a month and had the car sold 1,000 and we don't have full coverage. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Column replacement - 3 hours.
