I started installing Power locks into my 1986 Camaro. I had to start from scratch, but I have all the parts necessary for the install now. The problem im having is in my wiring. I have been using the article here: ThirdGen Stuff
for the install and I am using the wiring diagram here:
For my wiring. The problem I am encountering is that my car has a Pwr acc. Breaker, but that breaker dosent have any power going to it. Could someone please help me out and tell me how to get power going to my pwr acc breaker. Or if there is an alternate wiring method?

i think there is a jumper wire that goes on the back of the fuse block that will connect power to that breaker, but i'm not really sure, i thought the power for the locks comes from the distribution block

 

I looked and I didnt really see a jumper wire, what color would it be? Couldnt I just run a wire that is hot at all times to the pwr lock moror to replace the pwr acc wire?
