TBI fuel pump wiring problem.
The fuel pump does not prime itself, I checked the fuses (all good, even the one next to the batt was fine.) I tested the wires at the pump connector and it does not seem to be having power going through them. Is there anything that I need to check to make sure that the power is going to the fuel pump. Are there any hidden connectors that I should check and see if they are dissconected??Let me know please.
should be just like the TPI system.
Have a multimeter? Check the connector that goes to the tank, right after it goes through the rear firewall. Disconnect it from the tank and See if you have 12 Volts on one wire when you are priming the pump and see if you have the black wire have about 0 ohms between that black wire and chassis ground. If you got those two than be looking for something in or right before the tank. If not, check before it goes through the rear firewall.
