on Ebay, I bought this:

somehow I cant find the one I bought anymore(maybe I bought the last one?)but the one I bought is for a 90-92,
but very similar item like the one on the link,
just a overlay glow gauge.

ok, I didnt know the needles were not self-adjusting
and I manually had to adjust it later..
I didnt know that, so I removed all the needles
first and later I had no idea where to put back.

for gas tank, I just went to gasstation, filled the tank full,
and put the needles on "Full" position too, presto.
I think my oil pressure is right, or close enough(little off higher but I dont mind)
and so is my voltage(little off high but I dont mind again)

I have problem with the speedometer..
I can't seem to get this one right in,
it looks ok but I have a strong feeling ist not calibrated right.

so all I ask you all.. is
please let me know, when you turn your car and idle
in parking gear(mine's automatic),
what is your speedo reading?
is it at 5mph? or below 0?
caz if I get that.. I can fix them, thanks!!

my car is a 91 RS, v6 3.1L
but Im sure this kinad thing would be same for v8s
so plz help me..

 

My electric speedo is dead-on ZERO at zero speed.
