Headlight "up" switch

I had a 91 Mercury capri that had this, and think it would be a good idea to retrofit into a firebird or t/a. It was a headlight "up" switch, so at night you could turn the switch to on and it kept the headlights raised until you turned the switch back to off. It saved wear and tear on the motors going short distances at night. If you left the "up" switch to off the headlights worked like ours do off the switch. Anyone have any diagrams for the headlights or ideas on how to wire it in?

Doesn't look like there is an easy way to do it since the headlights and the headlight motors are triggered by the same wire on the later models. Unless I'm reading it wrong.
