Hello,have a 87 IROC that we put an vortec headed tpi engine in. Has no emissions(no testing here) with a piggy back chip from pcs for less. Car started ok at first but now will not build any fuel pressure. Can't hear the fuel pump running. Don't have any power to the relay. Fuses are good. Looks to be an inline fuse in the system but I can't find it. Where is it at? Any answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for any help.

 

The in-line fuse (20 amp) should be right around the battery area.
