86 Firebird Hatch Release Wiring

Trying to figure out the wiring on an 86 firebird with an automatic. It is different wiring than camaros, 91-ish-92 firebirds. The problem is the hatch release button only works if the e-brake is on.

Its a 3 wire hatch release relay. What i know is the black/white wire from the switch goes to the relay. The Black wire goes from the relay to the hatch release in the back of the car. The tan/white wire goes to the e-brake switch.

Where does the P/N switch wire into this circuit at, physically? I want to know which wire is used from the P/N switch and where it physically splices in at. Where does it hook up to the relay at? Or does anyone have a schematic on this for an 86 bird?

In a '85 T/A (I assume it's identical to an '86) it does not play a part in it.

The tan/white (ground) wire goes to the following:
-e-brake switch (closed w/brake applied)
-Brake pressure switch (near brake fluid reservoir, closed w/unequal brake pressure)
-Ignition switch (grounded in off and bulb test)

All three connect at splice 228, which is below the light switch.
