ECM from 305 or 350?

Axle/Gears: 3.23 limited
ECM from 305 or 350?
I bought a TPI setup that came with the wireharness and computer. I found out it's an '85-'88, but how do I know what engine size it was for?

or does the computer not matter and you can change freely between 19# and 21# injectors ? (I think the 350 had 21# injectors?)
