wiring gurus, i need your help

Ok, so here's the situation. I did a motor swap about a year ago. Everything worked out fine. So this summer I did a head swap and transmission swap. Now I have a couple of problems. My power locks, horn, tailight, headlights, and interior lights won't come on. I have turn signals, brake lights, and hazards. So I checked the fuses first, all were fine, so then I checked to see if I was getting power, two spots in the block weren't getting power. (I can't remember them off the top of my head, but one was a 5 amp fuse and the other was a 20 amp fuse (86 camaro). So I am completely stumped. Hopefully one of you guys will know what to do. Thanks

Did you make sure all the ground wires on the back of each head are connected and tight? Also recheck under the hood all wires and make sure they are connected. If You have a Meter you can do a continuity check as well.
