Coolant temp sensor?

I just swapped out my 305 tbi for a carbed 355. I have my fan running off of a switch. Which sensor do I need to keep in order for my gauge to work properly? The one on the drivers side, passanger side, or intake manifold? The car is a 91 Formual.

The one on the drivers side head between cylinders 1 and 3. It should have a green wire attached to it.
