inside lights stoped working

this is wat happend.
my dad and me tried to make to the windows work and my smart dad(lol) put a wire inside the wholes. where the buttons to push the windows down are at. so i guess i got i shortage or something. that cuased the lights of the mirror to look back to stop working and also the top light in the middle and also caused the radio to stop working. what has happened some people said i need to get the electronic wires fixed so i just need some help or tips.

It really does seem like a fuse issue. a small short like that shouldn't fry any wiring. When you checked your fuses did you use a multimeter/fuse tester. or did you pull them out and check them? I've found that a device can easily lie to you.

i just pulled them out. some did seem a lil black without them being blowed out. i guess il try and get new fuses. thx for ur help

definatly replace any fuses that don't look good. they might not be carrying current properly.

some look kinda black so il just replace those and see wat happens
