Need serious help with Tach hook up
I have a external coil, I need to know where to put the green aftermarket tach wire. I think I might have an idea. The coil has two I guess inputs. A white one on the left and a black on the right, each with two wires. Do I need to splice into the back wire on the left side(white terminal)? IF no, what do I do or where could I look to find this out.

On the white/gray connector if you follow the white wire it shoud lead to a connector. If you are not going to use the stock tach unplug this conncetor and connect your green wire to the connector on the coil side.

Hey man, I appreciate you trying to help but I already have it all hooked up. I ended up splicing into that negative coil wire between the coil and that plug ur talking about. I had no clue that was a tach deal. My stock one is still going, reading idle at 3.5k. Lol, why in which I got the aftermarket. Thanks though man. Do you think I could still unplug that and everything would funcion correctly the way I have it set up?
